Amber Schupp, MA, LPCC

Hi, I’m Amber! I’m passionate about working with people of all ages, connecting deeply to their unique stories and supporting them through life’s challenges.

Whether you’re navigating a specific hurdle or looking for support on your journey, I’m here to walk alongside you, offering warmth, authenticity, and practical support.

With over 15 years of experience, I’ve honed my ability to offer tailored, effective care that meets you exactly where you are. I’ve also had the privilege of leading clinical outpatient programs, managing a team of 75 clinicians, and building and sustaining IOP programs for adults and adolescents.

I specialize in a variety of therapeutic approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), drawing from each to offer a blend of techniques that works best for you. Currently, I am expanding my expertise with a perinatal certificate, as I believe in meeting all individuals with an approach that adapts to their evolving needs.

Whether we’re working on trauma healing, personal growth, or navigating life transitions, you can expect a grounded, compassionate, and results-focused approach. I look forward to supporting you on your journey to healing, growth, and well-being.

Andrew Cameron, MA, LPCC, LADC

Hi, I’m Andrew! I work with individuals and couples who are looking for practical tools, deeper self-understanding, and meaningful change. My goal is to create a therapy space that feels welcoming, collaborative, and genuine, where you can speak openly about what’s going on in your life while we work together toward solutions.

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also bring a person-centered and strengths-based perspective to our work, helping you identify the abilities and resilience you already possess. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation, so I aim to keep sessions approachable and sometimes light while also being honest, direct, and transparent about the therapeutic process.

I have experience working in co-occurring mental health and substance use settings, including Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), outpatient individual and couples therapy, and skilled nursing care with older adults. These experiences have given me a broad understanding of the different challenges people face at various stages of life.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy playing guitar and meditating, both of which help me feel grounded.

Caitlin McKeever, MA, LADC

Hi, I'm Caitlin! I enjoy working with both kids and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, substance use, and aspects of trauma. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the beginning.

My approach is calm, collaborative, and down to earth. I primarily use person-centered therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with Mindfulness approaches. This means I focus on truly understanding your experience while also helping you build practical tools to manage thoughts, emotions, and day to day challenges. I like to meet people where they're at and move at a pace that feels right for you. I tailor our work to your unique needs and goals.

Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends. Some of my favorite ways to unwind are cooking, getting out in nature, listening to music (and going to concerts), meditating, and watching a good show or movie.

Therapy doesn't need to feel stiff or intimidating-it can be a place where you show up as yourself, talk openly, and even find moments of lightness along the way. I am here with you every step of the way. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you achieve the best version of yourself!

Laura Warner, MA, LADC

Hi, I'm Laura! Much of my work focuses on substance use, rebuilding self-esteem, or addressing self-defeating behaviors and thoughts. Whether you’re trying to shift your relationship with substances or you’re working to cultivate a stronger sense of self-worth, I’ll help you untangle the patterns and pressures that keep you stuck. Together, we’ll explore the underlying dynamics, identify practical strategies, and strengthen the internal resilience you already possess even if it’s hard to see right now.

Therapy with me is a mix of calm space, authentic dialogue, and steady, attuned support. If you’re ready to make meaningful changes or simply want a place to reflect without judgment, I’m here to help you take the next step with clarity and confidence.

My style is warm, genuine, and nonjudgmental. I hold my clients in positive regard, no matter what they’re facing or how overwhelmed they might feel. I’m also direct. I value honesty and clarity, and I won’t hesitate to call out things that may need to be brought to the surface once we have an established relationship.
